Nice scents, packaging could improve

I bought a couple of the triple scented soy candles, the 'Fresh Cotton' and 'Sandalwood Spice' scents. They were both pleasant and filled the room without being too strong. The delivery was fine, arrived within a week. My only small issue was the packaging; one of the candle lids was slightly dented. It wasn't a huge deal since the candle itself was intact, but it could be better for gifts. Overall, I was happy with the purchase and the candle quality.

Consistently good quality

This was my third order from Lulubell, and they're still reliable. I got the 'Tropical Paradise' Premium Reed Diffuser this time, along with a 'Vanilla Bean' Soy Wax Melt. The diffuser's scent throw was strong, just like the 'Ocean Breeze' one I bought before. Shipping was about the same, took about 6 days to get to me in California. I keep coming back because their scents actually last, unlike some other brands I've tried that fade fast. Their 'Cranberry & Fig' from the Christmas collection last year was also a hit. No issues with anything being broken or missing, which is a good sign of consistency.

Good candle, slow shipping

I ordered the 'Floral Scented Candles' last month. The candle itself, 'Gardenia Blossom,' smelled really nice and burned evenly. It took 5 days to reach Denver, which felt a little long. Customer service was quick to respond when I asked about the tracking though. The glass jar was sturdy and looked good.

From what I remember when I ordered, it was like 3-7 business days for most of Australia. Perth might be on the longer end of that.

Yeah, the melts are decent. Not super strong compared to the candles but good for a smaller room and they do last a while.
